About Melody Russell
Hi, I’m Melody Russell — a trauma-informed healing practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and empowerment coach. For over 20 years, I worked in high-level corporate leadership roles. I knew how to perform, deliver, and hold it all together. On the outside, I looked successful… but inside, I was quietly unraveling. Exhausted. Disconnected. Anxious. Deep down, I knew I wasn’t living in alignment with my truth. My healing journey began the moment I stopped pushing and started listening — to my body, to my intuition, to the quiet whisper that said: “There’s another way.” That whisper became my mission. Today, I hold space for others who are ready to reconnect with themselves — gently, honestly, and without pressure. Through hands-on healing, energetic support, and soul-led coaching, I help others move out of survival mode and into nervous system safety, self-trust, and inner peace.
